RESUME.

Summary

I hold two master's degrees and two bachelor's degrees, with over seven years of academic experience in teaching and research at the university level. Of these, five years involve independent teaching experience as an Assistant Teaching Professor and Guest Lecturer at the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology (BIFT), and over two years consist of teaching and research roles as a graduate instructor, teaching assistant, and research assistant at the University of Missouri.

In addition to my academic experience, I have six years of full-time industry experience in China's fashion retail supply chain, serving as a retail trainer, fashion buyer, and start-up entrepreneur. During this time, I trained over 10,000 employees in areas such as fashion product knowledge, fashion aesthetics and styling, fashion business operations, retail management, visual merchandising, customer service, and retail technology. I used to lead a start-up company to achieve approximately $340,000 in yearly sales revenue as a general manager/entrepreneur. As a retail trainer, I contributed and led to around $8.57 million in annual sales revenue.
